Return Shipping Costs for Exchanges and Refunds

- Exchanges:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to PashmCraft.
- PashmCraft will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to the customer.
- Refunds:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Note: We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking to ensure your return reaches us safely.
2. International Orders
- Due to the high costs and complexities of international shipping and customs, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, including any duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during the return process.

3. Exceptions
- If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part:
