Refund, Returns, Exchange, and Gift Policy

At PashmCraft, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional experience with our handcrafted and embroidered pashmina products. Please review our policies below.

Returns within India

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
   • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Process for Returns:

   • Email us at contact@pashmcraft.com with the order number and reason for the return.
   • Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address.

3. Return Shipping Costs:

   • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the product unless:
     • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
     • The product received is incorrect.
   • In cases of defects or incorrect products, PashmCraft will cover the return shipping cost.

4. Refunds for Indian Orders:

   • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
   • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Exchanges within India

1. Eligibility for Exchanges:

   • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
   • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Process for Exchanges:

   • Email us at contact@pashmcraft.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange it for.
   • Once approved, we will confirm the availability of the replacement item and provide further instructions.

3. Shipping Costs for Exchanges:

   • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for sending the original product to us.
   • Reshipping of the replacement item will also be charged to the customer, except when the exchange is due to a defect or incorrect product, in which case PashmCraft will cover the shipping costs.

Returns and Exchanges for International Orders

Due to logistical challenges such as customs duties, shipping costs, and extended transit times, returns or exchanges are not accepted for international orders.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

1. Contact us at contact@pashmcraft.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide photos and details of the issue.
3. After review, we may offer:
   • A replacement (if available).
   • A partial refund.

Gift Packaging and Gift Orders

1. Gift Wrapping Services:

   • We offer premium gift packaging for an additional fee.
   • You can select the gift-wrapping option at checkout and include a personalized message to be sent with the package.

2. Discreet Billing:

   • For gift orders, we do not include the invoice in the package. Instead, the invoice is emailed to the purchaser.

3. Returns for Gifts:

   • Returns are not accepted for gift-wrapped products once opened unless the product is defective or incorrect.
   • Unopened gift-wrapped items can be returned within 7 days of delivery (for orders within India only).
   • Refunds for returned gift items will be issued to the original purchaser.

4. Exchanges for Gifts:

   • Exchanges are allowed for gift orders within 7 days of delivery (for orders within India only).
   • The recipient may exchange the item for another of equal or greater value by paying the difference. Shipping costs for exchanges apply.
   • Opened gift-wrapped items can only be exchanged if the product is defective or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

1. For Indian Orders:

   • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

2. For International Orders:

   • Cancellations are only allowed before the order is shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized products.
• Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
• Opened gift-wrapped products (except for defective or incorrect items).
